The welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit. The matched amount is credited as bonus funds and subject to a wagering requirement before being converted to withdrawable balance. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period or the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
Free bet credits are applied to qualifying bets at face value. In the event of a winning free bet, the stake amount is not returned — only the net profit from the free bet is credited to the main wallet. Free bets expire if unused within their stated validity period.
Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses during the qualifying period and credited every Monday. Cashback credited under the standard programme carries no additional wagering requirement and is treated as real, withdrawable balance from the moment it is credited.
A bet is considered confirmed and binding once you have received an on-screen confirmation and a bet reference number is generated. All bets are final at the time of confirmation. The minimum single bet across all sports is PKR 50. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event and are displayed on the betslip at the time of bet placement.
A bet is declared void and the stake returned to the main wallet in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned before a result is possible; the event is cancelled and not rescheduled within the stated period; a technical error has demonstrably affected the odds offered at the time of placement. Void bets do not count toward bonus wagering requirements.
Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and the platform's live data feed. 555cx reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during an event without notice. Bets accepted prior to a market suspension remain valid unless the event is voided under the conditions above.
For cricket matches shortened by weather or other interruptions, bets are settled on the official match result including any application of the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method where applicable. In the event a match cannot produce an official result under DLS, pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. In-play bets placed after the point at which play is interrupted may be subject to separate settlement rules as specified in the individual market terms.
In the event of a manifest error in odds — for example, a decimal odds price that is clearly wrong relative to all comparable markets — 555cx reserves the right to void bets placed at that price. Attempts to deliberately exploit clearly erroneous odds are considered a prohibited activity under Section 8.
Cash Out is available on selected markets and allows you to close a bet before the event concludes, for a partial return calculated on current probability. The Cash Out value offered represents a fair settlement based on live market conditions at the moment of the Cash Out request. 555cx may withdraw Cash Out availability from any market at any time without notice.
All slot games available on 555cx use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that ensures each spin outcome is independent of all previous results. The stated Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game reflects the theoretical long-term average return and does not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game and are displayed before each game loads. Games played in demo mode do not involve real money and winnings accumulated in demo mode cannot be transferred to a real-money balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 555cx platform and will result in immediate account action up to and including permanent suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:
Accounts found to have engaged in prohibited activity will have all associated balances withheld pending investigation. 555cx's determination on these matters is final subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 13.
555cx may suspend or close an account at any time where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or a security risk to the account or the platform. Where an account is suspended, the player will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to respond before a final decision is made, except where immediate action is required to prevent further harm.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Outstanding verified balances will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method following a final account review. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure are forfeited.
